I will also challenge you on those matters that seem to be impeding your awareness and growth, and facilitate you to aligning with Self.

Astrological Insight

Natal Astrology is one of the most direct tools to self-inquiry.

In 1912, Carl Jung wrote to Freud saying, "Most of my evenings are taken up in studying the astrological charts of my patients, in order to get to the core of psychological truth."

It is ultimately a complex language of symbolism, rich in archetypes, mythology and deep meaning.

Exploring your birth chart can bring a deeper understanding of your unique self and lifetime, a reorientation to the potential inherent within, and an aligning with the Self.

Transpersonal Counselling

While I offer therapies that are embedded in the human experience, pure non-dualism via A Course in Miracles is my guiding light. The practice of its principles for over a decade has brought a practical application of spirituality to my daily life, and ultimately brought me to a place of more peace, which continues to unfold.

I welcome you to a new perception, one which chooses Love over fear.

Breathwork/Rebirthing

The process of lying down comfortably and simply using a breathing technique while I support you.

All non-talking therapies bypass the rational mind, taking us deeper into the body (or beyond), and the wisdom inherent within.

The breath guides the way.

The body can let go of stored emotional pain, enabling the release of guilt, shame and fear.

Memories can arise for clarity and understanding.

Release the barriers to your experience of peace, love and joy, and allow yourself to align with Self.
